Mixed success. I emailed my original message to the first email address.. The other two, which are identical or close cousins, were less customer friendly. (Who knew?). You have to check a disclaimer box before the form will accept your complaint and the description edit box will not accept more than 500 characters. Evidently your bad experience cannot take more than 500 characters to describe. I suppose I could have done it in 9: "Drop dead."
