Are you using cookies? Maybe you could get them to clear cookies and/or cache.

I was going to ask if they're using anything like NoScript in FireFox, but I see from your screen shot it's IE.

However, do you have IE running in a TS session? If so, is it possible IE is set to use "Enhanced Security Configuration" (which is the default)?

Is there any antivirus package running that might do link scanning or other activities in a browser?
