I'll try clearing the cache. I have a vague recollection of some problem with cookies when we set things up so that I don't think cookies are being used, but I'll see if I can confirm that.

No TS, just using Teamviewer to access their system. I did fiddle with some setting like that which sounds familiar, I think I switched it off, but I'll double check that too.
