Hi, Don,

Are you talking about moving data in and out, using automated jobs? If so, four letters.....SSIS. SSIS is the little engine that could....actually, the little engine that kicks ass.

If you're talking about OLTP systems with SQL and .NET, then you're talking about writing data access libraries, etc.
