VFP5a, make a form, drop a baseclass grid on it, in form Load open a table

while the form is running I can set the Grid1.Partion to any numeric value I want to move the splitter bar.

>I was trying to do a split grid yesterday and went to change the Partition property in the Grid to 2. No go. Anytime I tried to change it to a non-zero value I got the error "Expression evaluates to an illegal value"...hmmm....so I tried to do it in various events and methods and got the same error. I was using VFP5.0a....so I recompiled the form in VFP6. Same error. So I went home and tried it....same error.
