James,

The cursor is selected; I double checked it. But where do I check if table is setup in data environment? Is it in Report Properties? When I go to Report Properties -> Data Environment the only thing I see is "Copy from another report file" but not table name. How should I change it?

Thank you.

>>I am having the following problem. The code selects certain number of records into a cursor. Then the cursor is selected and the command LABEL FORM is issued. But the LABEL FORM prints ALL records in the table from which the cursor was selected. I even checked right before the LABEL FORM (using BROWSE) that the cursor does have few records. I also tried closing the underlying table (from which the cursor is created). No matter what I do the LABEL report lists all records in the table. Is there a variable in the LABEL designer that I have to set to "something"? TIA
