>>>Be glad you are in the southern hemisphere, my friend.

>LOL. Actually I flew out of Chicago just before the storm... that proceeded to follow me to Dallas. Yesterday we drove to Houston on treacherous ice with cars and semis stuck all over the place... and then this morning Houston had below freezing temperatures too. The whole state is enduring rolling blackouts at the moment because of all the stuck-at-homes running heaters. Sheesh. But I'm off to a ranch on Friday and then have to leave on sunday because there is no room at any inn because apparently there's a little football game here on Sunday. Since the weather is following me, perhaps I'll go to Florida and see if I can cause a freeze there too!
You do get around.
Yeah, I hear there is a football game there on Sunday. It's not the All Blacks or anything but it does get some attention ;-)
You probably know that Super Bowl commercials get almost as much attention as the game itself. The big advertising guns put out their most ambitious (and expensive) ads of the year. The legendary Macintosh ad, which aired only once, was during a Super Bowl. The beer companies spend a fortune on SB ads, most of them stupid IMO. eTrade is pretty reliable. I love those talking babies. "I'm in time out because apparently riding the dog like a horse is FROWNED UPON."
