Are these the 2010 figures you refer to:

So in an expanding market (80% up over the year) where every other offering managed to increase sales MS shipments actually fell by 20% ! That means that they would have needed to sell five times as many units just to hold market share.
Even Nokia managed a 30% increase. Maybe a long way behind some competitors but hardly a definition of a company in trouble...

But WP7 only appeared in Q3 so......
Anyway, no predictions from me but it will be interesting to see how the MS/Nokia tie-up pans out.
