A) Seagate recommends that the Automation Server be used instead of the ActiveX Control.

B) I really dislike the .Action property, just on general principles. :-) Try the .PrintOut method instead. (Besides, you won't have to change your code as much if you change from the ActiveX control to the Automation Server.)
