When you talk about documentation, do mean they actually send you the manuals, or is it just Online documentation?

The reason I asked is that I went ahead and bought the Universal subscription, but I didn't get any docs. There were 3 items on backorder though so I guess it's possible it's forthcoming. I tried calling MSDN customer support but I got two different answers. ??
