One thing to be careful of... System support. Make sure that it does not impact your current job. Make it clear that U will be available when U are available. Also, make sure you have a contract. I have found that it protects U and the client. What about liability insurance? I also fell into some side work where I learned alot. Don't take on work which does not have a clear scope, budget and schedule. Well have to run... htwh. Steve
