I found the problem was related to the PROMPT, and did NOT go away completely with either VFP5.0a or the SP3 upgrade. Try using GetPrinter() just before your REPORT FORM... command, in place of PROMPT. I haven't had any further problems since I changed to that format, despite users with all varieties of printers and networks.
