No kidding! I am not as familiar with the British IRS rules as I once was, but I know Mark would be much better of forming an American corporation and having his prospective employer enagage the corporation as a consultant. Checks desposited in a US account avoid the Inland Revenue gents. Our taxes are bad enough, but British rates are extortionate.
Call me happy not to be doing tax law anymore!!!
