I think the only piece in the Microsoft stack that does SFTP is the .NET components - none of the native Windows components do last time I checked.

I had to deal with that recently. Even at the .NET level, WebFTPRequest() does not support SFTP. So, are you using a third party? If yes, I would like to know about it. I started to check some out there but they are all between 340.00$ and 350.00$. I found one or two that are free but they do not offer that much and it would be a total waste of time to try to negotiate with such a tool.
So, in overall, may I know the approach you are using in .NET to SFTP?
