I would have to see about that. Do you have any contact of who's in charge over there. One issue is to associate a message to a member on this site. Assuming such option would be available, it would mean all related messages will fall into a place holder account. But, then again, it means that the member of the foreign site who posted the message won't be able to know that there is a continuity of his message on this site.
But, this is all based on assumptions. There is a lot of issues to consider here.
