Ya news about this sort of thing pops up from time to time. The ones that really seem to have the most problems are the semi-truck drivers - this happens to them all the time as those guys often have a lot of cash in the cab of the truck....I suppose the fact that these guys buy 300 gallons of gas at a time escapes some of these "police". This case does seem a bit odd though - 200k is a lot of money to be carrying around - but even so the "police" shouldn't be stealing it just because you have it...
