The ones that really seem to have the most problems are the semi-truck drivers - this happens to them all the time as those guys often have a lot of cash in the cab of the truck....I suppose the fact that these guys buy 300 gallons of gas at a time escapes some of these "police". This case does seem a bit odd though - 200k is a lot of money to be carrying around - but even so the "police" shouldn't be stealing it just because you have it...

In your litigious society, the courts should decide, not the police. If the population loses their trust of law enforcement the future of the USA won't be too bright. Good citizens are created by good parents and good education. The need for two incomes to support a family if part of the problem.
