Interesting fact: the Health Care bill was passed by Congress.

It's up for the Judicial system to determine whether or not their bill is constitutional, which sounds exactly like what is happening.

Obama has repeatedly tried to expand the powers of the federal govt, knowing full well they violate the U.S. constitution.

Some federal judges have already ruled that Obama's Health plan is unconstitutional. 26 states have brought suit against the health plan. US District Judge Roger Vinson in Florida ruled that the entire Act must be declared void, because the individual mandate is unconstitutional and not severable.
