I still have this issue unresolved. Under System DNS, only SQL Server provides a 64 bits version. So, a 32 bits approach seems to be the only way. But, despite the fact that my install is setup to be on a 32 bits PC, this does not affect that the System DNS defined on the PC will generate this error when the OS is 64 bits.
