Sorry, there was no mentioning the actual error in the original message, as I am quite skeptical about reproducing weird OLE errors ( too many factors may contribute ) . Moreover the form did work , just stopped working one day.
So I just wanted to get more information to be able to experiment on different box by myself. It is not a problem to upload the form ( don't know how, may send you email ) if you are happy to look at. But the form is primitive

Only Control itself ( named m1 ).
In form Init method
thisform.m1.OpenSharedDefaultFolder( 'Inbox', 6)

causes this exception. Quite likely it will work on your box without any problem ( given Outlook was installed ).
