Another who fits in the "can still rock" category is Neil Young. Part of his secret IMO is that he constantly tries new things, still has an active musical imagination. He still releases new stuff, in various styles, and will never do the same show you could have gone to 40 years ago. (As opposed to the Stones, who haven't released anything of note in decades).

For anyone with the remotest interest in Neil Young, you can't beat this with a stick for $16.46. Somewhere in the basement I still have the original 3 record set on vinyl, even though I no longer have a turntable.

That came out quite a while ago and he has continued to release a new CD every year or so. Whoa! -- Amazon lists 127 titles. That is almost beyond belief. And it doesn't even seem to include CSNY and Buffalo Springfield.
