I second what Tracy said about how professionally you have handled this. And I completely understand your frustration over it. You are the one who is putting your money and a lot of time into running this site.

What I don't understand, not that it's really any of my business, is why you allow "Grover" to continue on the site using his real account. It's only one person, after all, and that person has violated a whole bunch of terms and conditions.
