yawwwwn. Another patent fight among the computer software big-wigs. Doesn't change the fact that the Android one is better.

I will give one thing to Microsoft though - everyone is pretty much on the same version - which is a problem with the Android devices.

I'm really really hoping that the new Windows 8 OS and Windows 8 Phone OS are good though - like I said before I'm a windows guy and I'd rather have a windows device - but it has a long way to go to catch up.
