The first one that was in the search result:
http://www.nilzorblog.com/2011/01/android-vs-wp7-for-developers-case.html
Android doesn't look vastly superior here. Neck and neck

And the second one
http://www.neowin.net/news/wp7-vs-android---part-one-the-basics
http://www.neowin.net/news/wp7-vs-android---part-2-communication
http://www.neowin.net/news/wp7-vs-android---part-three-features-galore

The Home Screen: Windows Phone 7
Keyboard: Android
The Lock Screen: Windows Phone 7
Text Messaging: Windows Phone 7
Email: Windows Phone 7
Social Networking: Tie
Music: Windows Phone 7
Video: Windows Phone 7
Youtube Video: Android
Browser: Android
Gaming: Windows Phone 7

Again, it doesn't look like Android is "vastly superior"

Let's look at some other links

So, where are the posts that say Android is "vastly superior"?

But, he got some things wrong:
- Microsoft decided against microSD support on Windows Phone 7 devices. Nope. Microsoft did not say that. It was a decision by the hardware manufacturers
- Mobile hot spot. Did Andriod support this in version 1?
- Market place. Comparing apples to chimpanzees. Android had a long time to ramp up and get apps into the store before WP7 came along. I agree that more android apps are added daily than WP7, but I have yet to look for a WP7 app that I want that I can't find, except one that I'm working on. But the same app is also missing from Android too..

He gives no reason why he says this. It's a blanket statement without any specifics to back it up.

Now for those lurkers that think Microsoft can't compete in this area
http://areacellphone.com/2011/04/wp7-vs-android-vs-iphone-mango-will-kill-the-competition/

Summary:
I didn't find anything that said Android is "vastly superior" by providing accurate information. With the exception of the one Mango link I had here, I only considered links that compared shipping products.

>OMG - just google Android vs. WP7 and see the 1000's of links.
>
>>How is Microsoft's phone OS and software seriously lagging behind?
>
>Cause it stinks compared.to Android (see above 1000's of links)
>
>>FYI, Android is in for a nasty legal fight. Oracle has already filed suit and now a consortium including Microsoft, Apple, RIM, and others has bought Nortel patents that Android infringes on. If forsee Android devices becoming much more expensive.
>
>yawwwwn. Another patent fight among the computer software big-wigs. Doesn't change the fact that the Android one is better.
>
>I will give one thing to Microsoft though - everyone is pretty much on the same version - which is a problem with the Android devices.
>
>I'm really really hoping that the new Windows 8 OS and Windows 8 Phone OS are good though - like I said before I'm a windows guy and I'd rather have a windows device - but it has a long way to go to catch up.
>
>>>You mean WP7.0? What happened to 6.5 and such?
>>>
>>>I just think that Android (which is now activating 500,000 a day) is vastly superior. Wish it wasn't the case as I'm a windows guy - but fact is Microsoft's phone OS and software is seriously lagging behind.
