Hi Rick. Thanks for replying.
All data is stored on the Network as there are multiple users on a Lan using the App.. (Set up as a Networked drive)

Both the .EXE and the Dbf, .Cdx etc are all on the Network Drive, and App is launched typically as: K:\MyApp.exe where K is a network drive.

We have since discovered that there is still ONE XP machine on the Network. There is no speed issue either going in on the XP machine (On the Lan) or by remote Deskttopping to the Server (From ANY Machine)

Sounds like there is some setting / issue on Windows 7 ?
