See another thread here I posted a few days ago with exactly the same issues with VFP and Win 7 (not though using a VSFLexGrid..just generally slow) . (Title of thread Slow Win7..) A few suggestions were made which we are in the process of implementting and will let you know of the outcome. Also, if you do discover anything, would be interested in how it is overcome
