I had the same debate and discussion here awhile back about which phone. I purchased an Iphone and love it with no regrets. I do not create apps for it nor do I care to (unless I was planning to sell it). I did purchase a motorola bluetooth device for my car for the same reason you mention. When I get in my car it automatically connects and lets me know it did. When I get out, it disconnects and goes into power save mode. I don't have the advantage of using it while not in my car, but then I never was one to waunder around with a headset on my ear.
I love both and very happy with the Iphone. Easy to use, any app I might want, but I only have a very few. Easily synchs with my exchange, photos, music, etc. Itunes is very simple and I am surprised someone said otherwise.

>>Mine has been solid except for one issue after upgrading to Mango. If I use wired headphones, it locks up when listening to music. Microsoft is investigating. but I bought bluetooth headphones last week and problem solved. My model is the HD7, but the model names will vary based on carrier and country.

>In my case, I have no intention to use it for music. I only listen to music from my system at home or in the car.

>However, bluetooth is something I need to check for. As, with the new law here, it is now prohibited to talk on phone while driving.
