Does the app use any third party Activex controls? My app uses some from dbi-tech and it needs that particular dll and MSVCR71.dll. I would suggest using an install program like Installshield to test for all related dependencies because I've noticed these tend to run it packs. Also, what happens when you do a regsvr32 [path]\msvcr70.dll [/u]?
