Oh wow - frustrating I'm sure.
Where is the data stored? Is it on local machine or on local network somewhere?

I would REALLY suggest playing around with any anti-virus software you have like I said below - I've seen this caused a zillion times by that.

Is this a new installation or have you had this working ok on this network before?
