I agree. In combination with jquery for the front end, working prototypes can be deployed very quickly- I'd say within days for many VFP developers. You can also use SQLite via jQuery to mimic VFP's persistent indexed cursors if you have years of work that assumes that such tables are available at the front end. SQLite also comes with Android so with a little planning you can offer apps that work on both pc and mobile devices.
