I am creating a new Web project and have already created by MM.Net business objects. In my web project I am wanting to use the MM.NET Telerik Web Controls.

I have a license for Telerik Web controls through Version Q2 2011 and that is the version I had installed. I downloaded the manual install version of Telerik Web Controls that is supported by MM.NET which is 2010.1.309.35. I unzipped the RadControls_for_ASP.NET_AJAX_2010_1_309_dev.zip files into C:\Telerik.

I Recompiled the MM.NET Telerik Web Controls after updating the reference to Telerik.Web.UI.dll to the directory C:\Telerik\Bin35\Telerik.Web.UI.dll.

When I try to add the MM.NET Telerik Web Controls to the VS toolbox I get the error message which I have attached.

Can anyone help me get the controls registered correctly so they can be loaded in the toolbox?
