I see you are taking some hits here. Hopefully everyone keeps in mind how much of yourself you have invested in this site.

Here is a CONSTRUCTIVE suggestion. I bet there is someone here with some background in graphic design who would be happy to look at changes to the site pro bono. Most of us software developers are gearheads, not artists. And I certainly am not the exception, LOL.
