>>>I really believe Leonardo DiCaprio is the best actor working.

>>DiCaprio isn't in the same league as the greats, like Daniel Day-Lewis. I like him just fine, but "best actor working"? No way, Jose.

>Yeah, I can't see any way Leo could pull off something like "There Will Be Blood".

>I have a personal preference for actors who can really disappear into their roles. A lot of times you can watch a film and think, "Hey, there's (some actor here) playing (some role here)." I prefer not to think of the actor. In that vein I like Edward Norton, for one. It's surprising how many people think of "Fight Club" as a Brad Pitt movie.
Definitely agreed about Ed Norton. He is terrific. That's not taking anything away from Brad Pitt, who IMO is constantly underrated as an actor because he's so good looking.
Another recommendation: "A River Runs Through It."
