So now they have a new plan that will let developers pay for the data used by their apps and services. The data consumed by apps that make use of this new feature would not apply toward a user’s data cap. In other words...the data caps have nothing to do with network management as they keep saying.... it's just a way to get more revenue from developers and customers. Hopefully the FCC will actually do something about it...although they seem to be ignoring it for now (of course).
