Michael, the crazy thing is working now - not sure but I am "hoping" they have done something with a hardware issue on ATT's DSL stuff. I just ran out to the post office, and noticed AT&T doing work in the area down the street. Hopefully they were the problem of this, or the soution.
Before I deal with this anymore - I think I will just wait to see if it in fact has cleared up.
