While iOS would stay web bound, mostly due to app rules and legalize and to lesser degree for tech reasons.

Some of their thoughts are on the nose, and if you compare Servoy "high end" cost with Lianja
Lianja seems outrageous for contract devs and hard to sell for high volume companies - especially as

Is not clear from the Lianja site last time I checked, but is neccessary IMHO.
