Huh??? what the heck are you talking about??? I know what Pluralsight does to vet their authors. I know this because they've been after me for years to do something for them. VERY few are professional trainers. Those that are also know the topic inside and out as they are also developers.

The technology I have been immersing myself in lately is ASP.NET MVC. TekPub's are presented by Rob Conery, who was on the team at Microsoft. PluralSight's guy seems dedicated to modulating his voice like a radio ad announcer and gets some very basic things very wrong.
