After all, how many ways can you do a balance sheet?
That problem has been solved ad nauseum, so why would anyone shell out big money for a General Ledger program?
Ditto with BI.. how many ways can you look at inventory?

I'm finding a lot interest in detailed process management, where we look, step by step, at a specific aspect of the business and look for ways to do that job faster and more accurately.
That's often driven by customers of our clients who are become more demanding and less patient.
The new tools we have, including many of the free ones, make responding a lot more feasible.
