George--
I cannot start with the Quick Menu because my own (rather large) menu has already beed developed. How can I incorporate the Window functionality (as discussed heretofor) into my existing menu?

>>Also, I am curious about the phenomenon George Tasker mentioned, and which I verified, that prohibits copying the Window pad from a menu generated via Quick Menu. I opened the mnx file as a dbf file and could see nothing special about its contents. But after appending all rows from it to my menu, and deleting the first two rows which were duplicates of my first two rows, the Window pad still did not appear in my menu. What's the secret?

When I first created my main menu, I used the one generated by the quick menu as the basis (for those options available under the File, Edit, and Windows menu pads) and modified it to suit my needs. Note that the behavior I've mentioned has been present since FPW. In that version, however, the names shown weren't the title bars (as with VFP) but the names of the screens. I should also point out that the presence of a "Window" menu is standard for Windows applications, so I would guess that the ability to include the standard behavior of this menu would be something that the Fox team would want to be able to "give" us.
