You might try the following, if you haven't already. First, create a quick menu and delete all pads except the Windows pad, then delete the Command Window and Data Session bars, and save it. Next, open this as a table and delete and pack the first two items. Third, open your menu, and save it under another name, then close it. Take the new copy of your menu and open it as a table, then append in the Windows menu. Go to the second record (Objtype = 2, Objcode = 1). Tab over to the field named "Numitems" increase the number by one. Close the table and re-open it in the menu designer. You should be able to see all the items in the menu now.

One last word, make sure to back up the original.
