If you use an HTTP tool like wwIPStuff you can use HTTPS to upload files to
the server either by posting them and retrieving them on the Web server side
as text, or as a file upload with the posting acceptor (or Web Connection if
you're running that).

128 bit security is dicey, because it's illegal if accessed by international
clients... You can use this if you have IE 4 with high security installed -
WinInet (which is what wwIPStuff and the Internet Transfer control use)
makes that available automatically if both server and client run 128 bit
security.
