Other first world populations are able to fund healthcare for all, and the US can too. Sure there will be drama and theatrics, and eventually it will be a scandal that so much was extracted as dividends for so long or that the scolding generations voted so much benefit for themselves while refusing to pay for it, but in the end it'll be OK.
