I can't blame the conservatives due to the way the law was enacted. The Democrats controlled both houses of Congress and the White House. Every time the Republicans put forth something to be included in the law, it was shot down. Then, when they tried to filibuster, a rarely used rule was used to force them to shut up. The bill was quickly pushed through with little discussion.
Like I said, there are good and bad things in it. Let's keep what's good, but fix the bad stuff.
>It's over and done with. It was tied up in Congress for two years and then in the judicial system for another year and a half. The Supreme Court, the final appeal, has ruled and has upheld the legislation. Give up already and move on.
