At what point do you do the processing and saving of the current settings? In the UnLoad event of the form? I don't know if it is different in VB6, but in VB5 both the UnLoad and QueryUnload events appear to fire when the application closes whether minimized or not. If you don't have the code in your UnLoad event, that's where it probably should go.
