I don't know if it is different in VB6, but in VB5 both the UnLoad and QueryUnload events appear to fire when the application closes whether minimized or not. If you don't have the code in your UnLoad event, that's where it probably should go.

Hi Jody,
I'm actually firing it in the QueryUnload which turns out is ok. I tracked it down to the form dimensions/position being altered when the form is minimized resulting in my trying to set and store invalid form dimensions and position.
