Why don't you download it and find out for yourself?
In general you should be fine on Intel hardware. VFP will not run on ARM.
But...your application could be doing something or relying on third-party components that won't work.

I know that Windows 8 does not play well with .NET 3.5, so I'm preparing to recompile that portion of the project in .NET 4.5 (distributing both for the benefit of users that are not upgrading to Win8), but I find myself skeptical that Win8 and VFP will place nice.
