Hi Lim,
If mscomm32.ocx is in the same directory as regsvr32.exe (probably your system directory), then there is either a problem with the control (possibly corrupt) or it references some other functionality (requires another file). Make sure the ocx is not corrupt by obtaining a different version it. You should be able to register it at the dos prompt with regsvr32.exe. The install program can also be used to register ocx's when you are distributing your application.
