I like to work in 800x600 resolution (eyes). When I create a form in that resolution,
it uses up the whole screen. However, when I run the app in a smaller resolution...(like
1024x768), the app fills up only part of the screen.

What can I do to have it encompass the entire screen regardless of the display
resolution?
