I suggest that you get yourself a bigger monitor where you can have more information at the screen. My experience is that 1024x768 is most popular among normal clients, so I suggest that you design your screen in that resolution.

Regarding making the form fill the screen regardless of the monitor's resolution, I strongly advice against it. Your customers have most likely bought bigger screens in order to have more programs visible at once, and you should not force them to lose that possibility.

However, if you have a valid reason to do what you want, you should open Tools->Task Manager->Solution Samples and search for Resize.
