I have to chime in and ask the obvious question: why go from one niche product, VFP, to another niche product? What would you gain spending the time and money to rewrite an app in Lianja/alpha5/etc? If it is an existing app, use WC or FoxinCloud to convert to HTML/Javascript. That is the only universal platform really.

Down the road there will have to be, someday, a reasonable VFP successor or alternative. But for existing apps, HTML.
